Brief About Me
|
|
I was born at Poolampatty,
a small village in Salem District in Tamil Nadu on May 10, 1958.
Born as first child in a peasant family to Muthusamy Sengoda Gounder
and Kavundiammal Muthusamy. I did my early schooling in a Christian Missionary School,
St. Theresa Primary school, and later joined the Government High
School, Poolampatty.
Poolampatty is located on the Cavery river bank on the western border of Salem
district. It is about 12 KM from Mettur Dam and may be equal distance
from Idappady.

Being part of Cauvery
river basin, Poolampatty depends heavily on agriculture. The village
looks full green and very pleasant to see during November-December. Main
crops are paddy, sugarcane, cotton and groundnut.
Though, it is a remote
village it is well connected by private and government bus services.
Thanks to the Information Technology, it is well connected by
telephone and Internet as well. Poolampatty also has two good
residential public schools. |

I was fortune to study in
some of the premier educational institutions in the country. I did
my bachelors and masters in Psychology from Presidency College,
Chennai and completed my Ph.D program at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi
University.
Worked with
nationally reputed institutions like, Hero Corporate Services, NIIT
Ltd., National
Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), National
Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), etc. I have over 18 years
of experience in areas such as curriculum development,
instructional design, e-learning, testing, software
development, and IT enabled services training.

Delhi and head technology and development at First E-Learning Quest
Pvt. Ltd. a company co-founded by me. |
